Good Morning all,
I recently purchased the TV package with TNT sports included for 24 months.
I have followed advice on previous posts on here however have not been able to activate my subscription.
Some are suggesting I should have received a link, I haven’t.
Some are suggesting I can access TNT through discovery+, I cannot.
I have called 150 and they seemed to be unaware of my deal.
Any advice on how to activate is appreciated.

Hi Darren, thanks for the response. Yes, I cannot see anywhere obvious to send messages.
Hopefully the moderators pick up these messages and approve this then.

I spoke to EE and BT this evening and neither of them knew anything about this tv bundle, I ranted a bit because I’ve been given a proper runaround by this lot, the BT guy gave me a number to call but only open during office hours, I think he gave me that number just to get rid of me, I’m furious with EE, I’m seriously considering returning the TV and moving to Sky for all my services, Broadband & mobile.

It is extremely frustrating. Considering this deal was only available to existing customers, it’s even more so a kick in the teeth that it’s so complicated and staff appear to have no knowledge of this. I hope the number brings you some joy tomorrow, please do keep me posted.
Although mine is now activated, I am worried it’s going to charge me £20 and then that’s another battle on the horizon. Again frustrating that it is so complicated.

Just got off the phone with EE and a very nice helpful lady sorted it out in a few minutes, she was very intrigued to hear people were having problems, she sent me a link and within minutes my TNT sports was activated, I can only view through Discovery+ though which is part of the deal unfortunately which is a bit of a pia if you want to record 🤨

You don’t initially have the ability to send private Messages, but when you do, it will be by clicking your avatar top right, and Messages will be the fourth option down.

Hi, I too recently signed up for this deal. Telly arrived today and so started the process of trying to get the sports working! Initially got nowhere trying to do it myself, so gave up and contacted EE, first two guys nice, but no real help. Tried again, going through my ‘app’ but no subscription to TNT sports was shown. In desperation phoned again, really trying to explain my problem, this time very helpful lady from Ireland, totally got it and had me up and running on Eurosport in no time! Super happy as Milan San Remo is on this weekend and now I can watch it!
