Good Morning all,
I recently purchased the TV package with TNT sports included for 24 months.
I have followed advice on previous posts on here however have not been able to activate my subscription.
Some are suggesting I should have received a link, I haven’t.
Some are suggesting I can access TNT through discovery+, I cannot.
I have called 150 and they seemed to be unaware of my deal.
Any advice on how to activate is appreciated.

Which advice from a previous post was it you tried here?
Was this heading over to ee.co.uk/tntsports and trying to activate through there?
Also have you checked to see which of your numbers the add to plan for your TV is active on?

If you find a solution I would like to know cause I've been told I have to wait 7 working days from the TV arriving. That takes me to Friday this week. 13 days since order was submitted. Even trying to return the TV and cancel everything is not that straight forward but will post updates.

Hi Simon, I have had some success. I sent a message through the app and was put through to the ‘mobile’ team as the package was shown as a ‘mobile add on’.
I explained the situation and they activated it. I did get the message saying I’ve added TNT sports through discovery+ for £20. As you can see in the message, they have confirmed this isn’t the case, but will keep an eye on my next bill just to make sure.
Frustrating as it hasn’t added TNT to my EETV, I have to access it from Discovery+.

Hi, has there been a solution to this, I’ve got the same problem, no link, no email, absolutely nothing.

I had to go through to the mobile team on the chat through the app and they activated it for me. Sent me a link and I can now access through the Discovery+ app.

Hi Peter, sorry didn’t see your message at first.
I managed to get it activated although I can only access it through the discovery+ app which is frustrating when I have EE TV. It wasn’t too clear on ordering the package that it would only be accessible from the app.
What is clear is that not many staff are aware of how this package works or that it exists. I am still worried that I will be charged £20 as that’s what the link said but the staff member said that I will be charged nothing as it’s part of the TV deal.
