My sky sports HD channels are unwatchable and break up 30 seconds into watching them, all other HD channels work fine no issues with TNT HD etc I've done normal troubleshooting rebooting router etc but nothing fixes it and again it's only sky sports HD
It sounds like you've tried most of the troubleshooting steps that we can recommend here. I suggest speaking with our Technical Support team so they can check everything from our end and try and help you get it working fully.
It's wired ethernet and yes the box is fully up to date. I can watch sky sports HD on the now TV app on my smart TV without any issue it's just on the EE box where it breaks up
