Switch on the Box, if it’s off, and the TV, and select the input HDMI port for the Box, if the TV doesn’t do that for you.
Then press the little house symbol on the remote top left. Down arrow several times to RECORDINGS & WATCHLIST.
PIck what you want to watch if you can see it on the right, otherwise press OK to open MY TV.
All your recordings will be in there.
