Now tv won’t stream

My now tv won’t stream on demand on my ee box in my bedroom after watching a film in the living room earlier. It keeps saying already watching on another device. Even though on my billing it says can watch on up to 2 devices. Has done this many times now

The only explanation I can think of is that you're launching the Now TV app to watch a film, when a Now TV channel was already playing on that same TV Box.  In this scenario, it could take a few minutes for it to realise you're not watching the channel anymore.  Try switching to channel 1 before launching the Now TV app.
