Now tv sports not working

My NowTV sports HD package is not playing through my box. This is the second time that it has stopped playing

Sorry about that @Tmackster - your Now TV account is missing the Sport subscription, and the Now TV Boost.  I can fix this, but before I do, can you please confirm whether the Now TV Entertainment add-on is supposed to be there?  It'll be charged to your bill at the end of the month unless I remove it now.

Hi Darren. 

Yes the NOW tv entertainment package is supposed to be there as I am wanting that as extra on a monthly rolling contract 

The sports package is what I am paying as part of my big sports bundle with Broadband.

Sorry for the delay - that's it now sorted, and the cause of it failing also fixed so that it won't happen again.
