Hi all,
My services went live this morning, I have had no issue logging into netflix, however cannot log into discovery tv or now tv plus none of the channels on channel guide work, I have full fibre 74 essentials with now entertainment bundle Inc. Discovery basic and netflix standard with adverts on a eetv box pro.
Any advice would be gratefully received

Ive got the Same issue but just with now tv. It says on my ee app that i have the subscriptions. But doesnt tell me anywhere what details to sign in or anything when i launch the now app on ee tv.

Have you already registered for a Now TV account?
If you're a NOW customer then visit account.nowtv.com/device-management to manage your devices.

I recently set up broadband and have access to Netflix but nothing eoth now tv or paramount. I have set up accounts but nothing coming up on now or discovery+

If you speak with our customer support team, they'll be able to check to make sure all of your accounts are linked to your EE TV.
