Hi all,
My services went live this morning, I have had no issue logging into netflix, however cannot log into discovery tv or now tv plus none of the channels on channel guide work, I have full fibre 74 essentials with now entertainment bundle Inc. Discovery basic and netflix standard with adverts on a eetv box pro.
Any advice would be gratefully received

Hey @Dandy1980 Thanks for coming to the forum and I'm sorry you've had issues with your service already.
I've fixed an account issue for you, if you go into the settings on the box and complete a software update it should restore service for you.

BTP-15000 means that the TV subscription isn't linked with the broadband line.
If your broadband service is working OK other than the issue you're having with the TV channels, I recommend speaking with our technical support team using the number shown on your TV screen.
They'll be able to check everything from our end to make sure it all links up.

Is it when you're trying to log into the Now TV app that you're seeing this error code, or is it when you're trying to view the channels included with NOW?

@Kzsweet Are you trying to view the HD channels when it happens? If you try and access the SD channels do they work or do they come up with the same error?
When you have Now TV through us you can also view your Now content through the available app on other devices, your login would just be the same e-mail address and password you originally setup your Now TV account with.
Have you restarted both your router and TV box since the error began?
