Although the now TV app is working on my TV pro box, I can't get it to work on my phone. I get the message that there are no associated subscriptions. I tried ringing the help line and was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying what the advisor was saying before he asked me to hold so that he could get advice and he cut me off. Really don't want to call and be on the phone for 30 minutes again. Cam anybody help. Also, just to note, I have tried to long in on other devices and get the same message so there's clearly an issue with my account.
