Now tv issues

Got Now tv in my package. Set up my tv box tonight. Email is the same for my Now account and EE. 

tried ringing but fobbed off as near closing time. 

Now does not work and seems a real common issue. 

never had issues with sky.

If you're able to call us again, our EE TV team should be able to make sure your accounts are linked, @256Jb 

If you're not able to get through, could you give us a little more information about what happens when you try please?

I'm sorry you are having trouble, can you tell me a bit more about what isn't working? Are your logins not working, are you not able to access content etc.?

The login works. But when I log in it states I have no active subscription.

Did the team shed any light on what could be causing this when you spoke to them? Did they confirm you were on the correct package?

Its in my package on my account. Nope.  Not been able to speak to anyone. Which is why i want to cancel and go back to sky.
