Hello,
I am having issues with my EE broadband connection, have had the router replaced by EE and have had the white modem box on the wall replaced but is has not fixed the issue, I have my TV connected by cable straight from the router into my TV but when I first switch on my TV at the top right of the screen it says not connected, but after about 5 to 15 seconds the TV say connected, has replaced the cable and reset the router and rest the TV but no good.
Have spoke to EE tech support so many times about this issue they tell me there is a network issue on my line and they fixed it but still face the issue.
Any help would be appreciated

@APACHE060 The Ethernet port on the EE Smarthub+ takes 30 seconds to establish the network connection on ANY device, it has been like this from day one and although this is completely wrong it just does not seem to be getting fixed, if it is only your TV that you are having the issue with and you do find that it does connect always but with the delay, the only solution is to put a switch in between the TV and the Router. Post back if you wish to do this.... Also take a look at the linked post.
