Wonder if anyone can help. Just setting up an EE tv box (the one that can record).
My now entertainment and sports channels are fine on the now app, but are inaccessible from the EPG.
The message when selecting the channel is ‘you need to set up xxxxx or add it to your TV package… press ok for more info’
If I do press ok, there’s an error code ‘BTP-11195c’
Can anyone help me get this working?
