Now Tv App not recognising subscription

Moved from BT to EE. Now I cannot access Now Tv through the Now tv app, it says I need an active membership, which I have.

 

Any suggestions.

NOW TV not accepting my login details, how do i view the sky sports on my app?

@kmurray your password for the Now TV app is independent of your EE ID password, so may not be the same.  If you're unsure, you can use the password reset facility in the Now TV app.

Note: please ensure you're using the Now TV app, and not any of the other Sky apps.

I am having the same issue.  I can access NowTV through the EE box but am unable to log in to the Now app on other devices.  I have tried asking for a password re-set but no e=mail has been received.  Any other suggestions?

Go into the Now app Settings on an EETV device, and see what the user email address is set to.

If it is different from what you expect, and isn’t an email address you own (look closely, as it may be a subtle typo), you will have to ask EETV to put it right for you,
