I can’t get NowTv to work on my wife’s iPad.. Works fine on mine but she can’t see live TV and when she goes into try and play replays it just says
We tried on her phone and the same so seems to be something in her setup but the account is fine as we both sign in with the same details. Will call tomorrow but wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

Update from today, called EE and they said there was nothing they could do but to contact Now. This proved hard but I eventually got someone on chat and when I went to the app to share the message, it strarted working. Not something Now did but in looking at my account, EE did something which seemed to add a second Now entitlement to my TV package and this made it work. I also fixed my Netapp by getting them to disassociate from the EE account and start a new subscription with a new email. So all TV stuff now working.
