Can't get TnT/Discovery+ add on

What is the error you are getting with discovery+? Is it through your mobile or broadband & TV that you have it added? 

Have you rang our technical team for assistance in getting the error resolved?

I have spoken to them 7 times over 6 months. I have tried numerous times
and promised calls back from management. I have 3 complaint tickets and no
response at all. Absolute joke.

What are you trying to get the Add-on for @beastlove33 ?  EE Mobile, EE TV, or BT or EE Broadband?

What issue are you having when you try to add it?
