Hi a couple of basic questions 

If I move my now TV subscription across to EE can I still use now tv across other devices (i.e a tablet)

Second question is, do the TV channels work on the EE TV box pro once my subscription is migrated over? 

Third and final question, does the billing automatically revert to my EE bill and would I need to cancel any future billing on my now TV account

Hello,

Yes you can still sign into Now TV using other devices, you provide EE with the email address you wish to use for Now TV at sign up and this can be an existing Now TV account.

You are still restricted to how many devices you can stream at one time though but Now TV Boost is available to purchase through EE (Ultra Boost currently isn’t available but will hopefully be soon).

If you take out an EE TV package which includes a Now TV subscription then you will be required to provide an email address for it. If you provide the email address you're currently using for your account then: 

EE will take over billing of that account - you don't need to do anything, and any money you've already paid for your subscription (i.e. where the 2 subscriptions overlap) will be refunded.

If you have any incompatible subscriptions on your account (e.g. Ultra Boost), they will be cancelled. 

The Now TV subscriptions will be available to watch on the TV Box, as channels and also in the Now TV app.

You'll be able to use the Now TV app on other devices as normal.
