I have the top EE TV package, I can play Sky Atlantic and Sky Sports on the TV through the box, but the app doesn’t think I have a subscription, I have checked and the email address for my EE account is the same as for my Now TV account.

I have the same issue. EE told me to contact Now, Now said it wasn’t their problem. How did you solve it?
