Now TV doesn’t recognise my EE subscription.

I have the top EE TV package, I can play Sky Atlantic and Sky Sports on the TV through the box, but the app doesn’t think I have a subscription, I have checked and the email address for my EE account is the same as for my Now TV account.

I'm having the exact same issue

@Whisker007 @Mentalmackem  Have you activated this via your EE broadband account ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When I go to the EE website and select broadband, under ‘Your Extras’ there is a button to Add under TNT Sports on discovery, however I don’t think it is this, so not sure where else to look to activate it

how do i do that?

@Whisker007 I can see that the email address registered for your Now TV account doesn't match the email address you've used for these forums, and doesn't appear to be for your name.  If you haven't emailed me already (I'm currently working my way through over 150 emails this weekend), email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I can change the email address for you.

@Mentalmackem it looks like you're now sorted, as I can see your Now TV account is in use.  Email me if that isn't the case.

That's weird as I have checked the email used for these forums and it is the same as the NOWTV account on my mobile phone app, so not sure where I am going wrong.

You may have a Now TV account using this email, however your EE TV subscription isn't on it - it's on a different email address. Email me if you'd like to move it.
