Not getting tv channels or land line

EE installed on 3/9/24 by open reach all in order with braodbrand but not getting tv or land line. Today is 17/9/24 and after numerous calls still no tv or landline. Cant seem to tell us what the issue is.This is one of UK's biggest telecommunications company's , how difficult can it be to get this set up. Your trying to save yourself money, but end up nearly 3wks without tv etc.has anyone else getting this problem.

Could you please let me know a bit more about what issues you've been having with your TV and landline? 

Also how did our team leave things with you when you last spoke with them?

I can't fix your landline @Golfdriver (I see an agent is already on the case for this).  I can fix your TV though.

If you've already tried setting up your TV Box Pro or TV Box Mini then please factory reset them now - they should start working after the reset.
