Hi. I recently had to carry out a factory reset on my fire tablet. Prior to that, the EETV app worked perfectly.
Now whenever I try to log in I get a message that there is a problem and I should check my network connection (I have and it’s fine). There is also a MJ951 error message which I can’t find an explanation for. I initially thought that it might be that I had too many devices so deleted a couple and waited for 28 days before trying again.
Nothing I have tried so far has worked so grateful for any ideas.

Your timing is impeccable @AmateurKnight - we've been investigating this issue for the past week, but haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves.
Can I ask you to please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your EE account number? I'll then reply with some questions that I hope will really assist our investigation.
