Netflix hacked in Spanish password needed. Ee can't understand.  Changed my password and payment but still showing up foreign language on ee screen

My mother-in-law recently had her Netflix account hacked and the assistance on the phone from Netflix was (suprisingly?) prompt and good. May be worth giving them a call?
