Now TV and sport accessed on pc

Could do this when on BT, now switched to EE, can't - anyone help?

If you have Now TV as part of your EETV package you should be able to watch Now TV via your web browser on your PC. What is happening when you sign in and try to watch on the Now TV website?  NOW

I can log in, then when I click to watch sport, I get this:

We've set you up on the wrong email address for the NOW app, really sorry about that! 

We have it registered as @gmail.com instead of @btinternet.com.

Please give us a call on 150 to sort it out, if you struggle, send me a direct message and I'll do it personally for you.
