Channel banner

Hi all, driving myself mad with this… just installed the tv box pro, all set up and working except for the tv banner. When I press (let’s say) 3 for itv the banner on bottom of the screen says( ITV logo) the next to it says ‘no information available’ it does this on all channels, if I press it a second time, it then tells me what programme is on. I shouldn’t have to press it twice to display what’s on at the moment and this is like nails down a chalkboard to me 😂 tried everything and I realise it’s not that triggering but it’s annoying, any help very much appreciated

TV aerial or Internet connection. 

It might just need to update.

Hi, it’s internet connection, all updates done but still same, pro box brand new installed today

Hi again, just re scanned the channels and looks like that has worked, thanks for reply
