Hi, I've had EE broadband and tv installed today, the only issue I've got is that Netflix isn't opening up on the tv, it's included in my package, I've activated it with the link provided, got the email confirmation that it's been activated, but it's just not opening up on the tv, all other apps are working great, no idea what to do about it, any advice would be appreciated x

What do you mean when you say it's not opening?
Does nothing happen when you select the app? Does something appear and then disappear? Does it load, but show an error? If so, what error?
