Tried

factory reset

30 sec power reset

Thanks David

Good morning @Lansledj01 and @bakerUK, thanks for taking the time to highlight this.

I definitely want to make sure that this is flagged, could you please describe what exactly is happening when you get this fault?

Is it as soon as you load the Netflix app, or is it when trying to perform a particular function?

Hi @Peter_W  and @bakerUK

I get the issue almost immediately I start to play a programme, on Netflix with the above code and discovery + . With the code 1K-0028. Itt suggests a restart then fails again with same code and then suggests a 30 second power reset.

I've also done a factory reset, and the help desk has done this remotely, changing from wired to wireless  all to no avail.

The issue is awaiting the back end team to resolve at present.

Thanks for confirming all of those details for me @Lansledj01.

I'm glad to hear that our technical team are on the case with this, did they mention if they'd keep you up to date on what was happening?

I've had the issue as well and it was resolved by connecting to the HDMI that supports UHD (HDCP 2.2) or if the TV does not support UHD, set the HDMI display to < 1080 (found inside Youview settings --> Box Management --> Picture & Sound)

@Vichu1 many thanks for this. I can now play programmes but Netflix is now showing as a small screen inthe top right of tv like a preview.  The rest are ok

Many thanks David

This thread pointed me in the right direction but couldn't stand the small Netflix so kept fiddling. Got this problem after being sent a new STB. Fixed this for a friend by setting Picture & Sound / HDMI Frame Rate Matching to On, default was off.

Had issues with Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITVX before changing this.
