Hi
not hot broadband line active yet but installed app and logged in but get error code ASU910
any ideas?

The EE TV app on an Apple TV can only be used on an EE TV activated broadband line I'm afraid. There's no workaround. You can only use the other apps for now.

@Tcg40 Your can’t. The BB line has to be working first. Until that line is activated you don’t have EE TV.

I was about to say that it's unusual for the Apple TV to be shipped out so far in advance, however I now realise that you're using your own device. Please note that even after activation, it will be restricted to only a few channels, and won't be the full EE TV experience. It's also not the same interface as you'll have on your TV Box Pro when it arrives.
You can use the EE TV app on any of our other supported devices straight away - Android mobile/tablet, iPhone, iPad, Fire TV, Samsung TV, or Windows desktop. These will give you an idea of what to expect from the app on your Apple TV when your broadband is enabled next month.
You can also use your Netflix and Now TV subscriptions in their respective apps on your Apple TV, straight away.
