NOW TV not working

I’ve just had my EE broadband and tv activated, and most things are working fine but when I’m on my order it tells me my now tv account is active, but it isn’t I’ve tried logging in nothing works, anyone able to help? Thanks

@StuartM3  Open the EE app and go to broadband then click plans and subscriptions it should show what’s active.  

Do you already have a now TV account?  You need one in order to have the subscription applied to it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is it still not working @StuartM3 ?  Your account looks good from here - it's using the email address you signed into this forum with, not the one you used for your EE ID.
