Mini box

Just rung EE for a second mini box. Were today we couldn't have 2 mini boxes. Totally confused, are you allowed 2 mini boxes with the TV box pro. Many thanks

You are allowed 1 pro box or apple box and 2 mini boxes.

I don't believe the information from customer service agents are consistent.

@Weerab2024 is correct - sorry that you were misled by the helpdesk.  Give them a call again and hopefully you'll get a more educated agent.
