Hi folks
Earlier this week I reported a faulty BT recordable box via Live Chat, was told a recordable replacement was on its way, but today an EE TV Mini box arrived, can anyone advise on which option to call about this?

I'm sorry to hear the wrong box has arrived.
I would recommend reporting this to our customer care team by calling 150.
