Mini TV box

I have a mini TV box attached to a TV in my kitchen and almost every time I switch it on if it’s been off for a few hours it won’t load the service. I have to unplug the power cable and then plug it back in. Is there a solution please? TIA

When you say it won't load the service, are you able to be more specific?  What happens if you try changing channels?  It should eventually show an error.  What if you try launching the EE TV app?  This would also show an error code, which could help identify the state your box is in.

I can’t even get that far. It simply tells me that I don’t have a connection or service. No picture, just error message. Thx

Would you be able to take a photo of it?  It sounds like maybe this message is from your TV, rather than the TV Box Mini?

Could you also check the power settings - it there a chance that it's going into deep sleep?  If so, it could take a couple of minutes to boot.
