Hi can anyone help if possible 

I’ve been trying to get my eetv working for over a week now I’ve reset the box every single day and it still will not work I cannot watch any channels at all wether is normal terrestrial tv or the subscription channels it’s just keeps say you are not a eetv customer error code btp-15000

so we have no tv at all as can’t watch anything anyone any help please
