Made TV and broadband order and order not showing or subscriptions working.

So I made a TV order this evening with broadband.

The order went through after I paid a £20 deposit which I was fine with, and I immediately got a confirmation order which listed my order, and gave me links to activate my Discovery+, and Apple TV+ subscriptions, and said I'd be able to watch on the EETV app and NowTV immediately. 

Firstly neither NowTV or EETV believes I have a subscription, with the latter saying none exists on my account. And when I click the subscription activation links nothing is showing in the subscription part of my account.

I'm genuinely confused by this, as I have a confirmation email stating it's already active and usable even before the activation date. So when can I actually expect this to go live? And will the activation date actually be Monday as it was when purchased as the email just says you'll be in touch to confirm?

Your charging me for something that I couldn't get to work the broadband hub. And the first bill was nearly an 1er, when really it shouldn't even be that much I'm not very happy as I kept calling but couldn't get through so I've just left it.  And now I'm receiving letters after letters about pls can u sort it out as I'm not paying for something I didn't get I had it for 1/2 days then I couldn't get back onto it. I'm ever so sorry but it's not on really ant..... u also could see I didn't even use it but if it got fix and the money was. Right then I'll start paying....
