So, I have sky stream, and do love it, love the ui etc, however as most things it costs 😀
however is, just basically a streaming box with, with user interface over it, theat brings everything together however happy to look at other ones, that do similar, as it’s time to move off sky, as I just come off the broadband, and come over to EE.
however I have not pulled the switch on tv aspect, watch a bit of live tv, where’s all the reviews, demos, was expecting at least something here pinned to the communities page. I know it’s had a revamp and it’s newish. Apologies if I missed something, nothing on you tube either.

@Sheppy124 I just Google searched “EE tv review's”. There’s a few if you just Google search.

Many thanks, they are mainly first look ones, was looking for something more recent, or even ee promotal ones that shows you the navigation etc, the user interface in action.

Have a look on YouTube for EE TV and you will see a few related videos I am sure.
One example is https://youtu.be/vsTDDWhhzuQ?si=Grvce6PDxcz7Ty9-
When you get EE TV and it gets turned on for setup the video shows you how to navigate it.
I think it's straight forward and self explanatory but that's just my opinion.

I struggled to find demos/reviews etc online when wanting to order the Apple TV from EE, I already had an Apple TV so knew what to expect.
What I wasn’t sure of was how the EE app would function and for viewing live TV it does the job well, switching channels etc is quick. For catch up or other apps such as Netflix etc you are best navigating to the providers app or using the Apple TV up next functionality on the TV app.
I’ve also previously had Sky Stream and couldn’t stand the constant errors and freezing I had with it, (early adopter, perhaps it’s improved now). That said the image and sound quality for Live TV streaming from Sky Stream beats EE TV however for the amount of apps available and the image and sound quality through these the EE Apple TV is the better option.
The EE TV app doesn’t yet allow for pausing Live TV but this coming soon from what I’ve seen.
Personally I’d go for the Apple TV option over the TV Box Pro that EE offer but if recording is important to you then the TV Box Pro will provide you with this (and the ability to pause live tv).
If you can’t find any reviews online of the different boxes EE offers then try visiting a store if you have one nearby as they should be able to demo.

Many thanks, had a look, not as detailed as I would have liked, probably the better one I seen.

Many thanks, yep will see if my local has a demo.
mainly interested in Apple TV option, as I had a play on one with an app called tv launcher, and having now tv in with, it’s not a bad alternative to skys option was heading that way, until I noticed EE, had an option.
though the other boxes, seem a bit more family friendly.
