Has anyone experienced problems with logging into EETV on their mobiles or tablets? I keep receiving "subscription not found" messages. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Just to be sure, when you're logging in, are you using the same email address that you use to view your package and bills in the EE app.
When you log in it should ask if it's a BT or EE account that you have as well, so make sure you're selecting the relevant brand.

@31nicola your TV subscription is on a BT ID, using your gmail.com mailbox - not the yahoo.com one you logged into the forum with.
