Just signed up for full works again.

Hi

Just signed up for full works about 3 hours ago.

Already had entertainment and hbo max which was activated already.

Now tv app in my phone is showing all channels.

Only issue I have is when I try to play a live channel on tnt sports on hbo max app it says I don't have access 

What do I need to do to get this working?  Like I say hbo max app has been already activated so I just thought tnt sports would work.

@johnbhoy1979 there was a delay with processing your order, and also a technical issue with your EE ID.  Both are now fixed, so the TV Box and and the app should work correctly.  Let me know if you're still having any issues.

Hey there, @johnbhoy1979 

When you mention signing up for this again and already having these services, were you getting them from a different kind of plan, or is it a previous contract?

If the login details are different to the email address you signed up for your new plan with, then this may be where the confusion lies.

No it's the same account. By again I mean when you can change packages.  I've been on full works before now and again and have downgraded when I am having financial challenges.

My hbo is already linked to my account as I've activated it and have watched stuff on it 

I was just expecting TNT to work when I upgraded as the guy said it would on the call

Hi Peter.  

Yes I have done it before.

I've just done it again to see if it might work but it still says that I haven't got access 

I upgraded this morning about 11am.   Is there a delay with TNT sports per chance?   I just find it funny that all my other Sky Sports channels are working so thought this would be too
