Can you see the router's WiFi network SSID from the TV? Are you supplying the correct pwd to it?

Hi @Countvlad

You can use Wi-Fi as an alternative to an ethernet cable when establishing an internet connection. It is, though, recommended to use an ethernet cable for a more stable connection and therefore better quality.

Have you followed the steps on our Connecting Wi-Fi to TV Box Pro page?

If you haven't done so already, it's worth first switching both the TV Pro and the Router off for a few minutes.
