Good Afternoon,
Recently I had an issue where I could not select to record a Series Link for F1. This issue was sorted promply after i reached out on here but since then when I click "Record Series" on Live F1 Grand prix, it now records every single program and not just the current grand brix, my box is gettig filled with 10-15 different recordings every single week, its recording all repeat events even from 2-3 years ago, and a lot of the times it "fails to record" the actual event i want to record, for example , the Azerbaijan Qualifying today was meant to record but it has completely missed it, but it has recorded something from 2 years ago.
There is something seriously not right with the way the series are linked. I never usd to have this issue a year ago but now its constant problems recording
Can someone please look into this
Thank you

The TV Box doesn't make any decisions for itself about what to record - it acts on the data it's given.
I would normally say that it's the responsibility of the broadcaster to decide what's in a series, however with all the issues we have with TV Guide data at the moment, it's possible that it's a data error.
The issue is being monitored daily, and there are already plans in place from our suppliers to improve over the next few weeks as systems are upgraded.
I can only apologise, and ask you to bear with us - things will get better.

We have suffered this same issue for a while and it’s getting extremely frustrating, especially when we pay extra for sports. It failed to record qualifying again this week and hasn’t even tried with the race today. We have numerous failures. Last weekend it recorded Friday and Sunday and completely missed Saturday.
We have 80% free space. It’s also failed to record some NFL programmes although that’s nowhere near as bad as F1. I will be asking for a refund.
When will things get better BT and EE are among the largest telecommunications providers and I can’t believe how far behind they are.

Im glad to see its not just my box that is having this issue, I raised this with them weeks ago.
I had the qualifying scheduled to record, checked it was set, only to find it just didn't bother recording it.
I have instead of series link recording today, I just did the the one race which is a real pain, its recorded it, but it's also tried and failed to record two other F1 channels, which i never asked it to do.
It just seems to do what it wants this box when you try and record any sky channels, it doesn't happen with other channels.
It especially doesn't like F1, the main reason for me to have the channels in the first place
