NOW TV problems

Is anyone else having problems with their NOW TV subscription? In recent months we've been having serious issues with it: the scheduling is a mess, with no consistency to how programmes are displayed (feels suspiciously like it's being done by AI), and programmes we've scheduled to record frequently unscheduling themselves, or just failing to record without explanation. Are we alone in this or is it happening to other people?

As you mention recording I suspect you are experiencing problems with the EETV EPG  displayed and recording issues on an EETV BOX pro impacting the NOW Sky Sports channels. This is an issue that has been ongoing for many months and is discussed in many threads in this community. So you are not alone in experiencing the problems .
