Have had an inclusive add on for TNT sports on Discovery since June this year and it’s been working perfectly fine. Tried to watch it today and it tells me I have no subscription. What is happening? It’s still active when I check my account on the EE app.

I also have this problem and have therefore followed your suggestion of emailing eetvsupport@ee.co.uk

Discovery have identified the fault and have proactively repaired most accounts overnight.
It's worth checking again to make sure you still have an issue. If you do, you'll need to call the helpdesk again I'm afraid - as of yesterday, they have a way of fixing affected accounts that I don't currently have access to.
