Hi All,
I renewed my 1.6 Gbps broadband on Monday and I took EETV on Apple TV as part of the renewal. The Apple TV arrived yesterday and the service is working as expected. The order for the broadband renewal and TV is showing as complete in orders.
However I can see no option to manage the TV packs in the app? However when I went to the EE website > TV & Sport > I want to manage my plan - it said "Building your packs" and gave me an option to activate netflix and activate Discovery plus. This morning I activated netflix and this is working, but I cannot get back on to the dashboard to activate Discovery plus. It now says "This service isn't working right now".
Is it a case of waiting for tomorrow or longer or do I need to speak to EE. Being able to flex the packs is a must for me as I need to downgrade until my sky contact ends and then upgrade as needed.

We certainly don't want you having any issues activating your Discovery Plus subscription, so I can understand your concern. I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they will be able to get this looked into, and check if it is a problem on our side, or if it is a case of this just taking a little while longer.
