Hello, since having changed from Sky to ee we now have noticed that BBC IPlayer keeps losing its Broadand connection and stops working. Anyone?

Losing it on what device?

Are any other apps affected, or just the iPlayer?

How is your device connected to broadband; WiFi, Ethernet, or via PLAs?

What does the device say about network signal strength (in Settings/Network?)

How far is the device from the router?

Any other network components involved, such as add-on repeater discs?

Might be worth a reset of the router and of the device (doesn’t need to be a full Factory Reset, something gentler should suffice to begin with).
