I don't know if anyone else is facing this - but if I change any settings on my hub it competely makes my TV boxes have a complete and utter melt down, im sorry but im getting sick of this, I've had this service for a few weeks now I've had to contact support FOUR times to try and get this sorted, I've got the mini box plugged straight into the hub and still nothing. im sorry but why am I even paying for this service if I can't even use it?
First it would let me watch it for a few minutes, then following the instructions of one support person over the phone it complete made it even worse and wouldn't work at all, the 2nd person I spoke to got it working again but it went back to letting me watch it for a few minutes and then went off again with the same error the 3rd person then helped me get it all back and it did seem to fix the mini box and it would keep streaming, but it's complete messed up everything else on my network. I host personal file servers locally and it complete ruined their DNS and DHCP and it's taking me and my brother so much time to fix. I feel as if I don't have this resolved soon im going to cancel this contract. It just doesn't feel worth all this effort for zero returns.

I forgot to add - it once again has stopped working completely all together on both my TV mini and TV Pro.

Did they ever resolve it Connor? I'm 15 days in so I hope for a resolution soon.
