Seems like I’m not the only one that can’t use Netflix even though it is supposed to be free
the email they sent me only goes to the paid version
surely it should be so easy to set up, I see lots of people are having the same issues
you would have thought by now someone in IT would have found a simple fix to save us all having to keep ringing up

Did you receive the email "Activate your Netflix membership"? From there, you should see a red box saying "Activate Now", is it this link that takes you to a chargeable option?

I'm honestly not too sure why this is happening, as when you click that link no charge should show.
I would suggest giving us a call when you get the chance and staying on the phone with one of our Guides to get this set up properly.

Being told now that you don’t get Netflix on full fibre gigabit package and irs a paid extra
only signed up for this package as it was free
sounds like the salesman was on commission and doesn’t care about customer service only getting some money out of me
