I don’t want to link my Netflix - how to NOT link it

I have a Netflix account and I want to keep it seperate - yet when trying to log onto Netflix using EE remove and TV it is insisting I link it.  How do I tell it to do one¿

Could you please let us know a bit more about what's happening when you're trying to do this? 

What exactly is it asking you to link here?

Feel free to pop up a screenshot too, but just make sure to mask any personal details that may be showing.

Thank you.  I try to go to Netflix on my EE tv options.  It is asking me to login, which I try to do. It then shows a screen which asks me to select one of three options to move my Netflix to my EE account.  I do not want to move my account and I just want to login to my exisitng without moving it to my BT / EE account

Update -it seems to have sorted itself now.  Thanks anyway
