I know this has been raised many times but.. I was with BT until yesterday, full fibre, smart hub 2 and BT/EE box pro connected by ethernet cable. Download speed 90bmb
Today, same set up as above but on EE using the latest EE Smart box 6. On the TV the freeview channels don't show and eventually display the ipc6023 error. The EPC guide is displayed so the channel can be chosen, but with 6023 error. All other streaming channels work
Broadband is excellent.
What can go wrong with this change over?

The move of your broadband from BT to EE didn't quite happen at the same time as your TV service @HywelGriff1 however they're back in sync as of about 5am today. Let us know if it's working OK.
