Hi, can anyone advise on how I can order an additional TV box - I joined EE recently and have two boxes but need a third for a bedroom.
I have tried calling several times now but cannot access a human voice. No chatbot can help. And I cannot see an area on the website or App to make an additional order. Is it always this hard to spend more money with EE?

You'd not have the option to order one online when your account is already up and running, but if you give our team a call, they can help to order one for you.

Hey @Stezwardo, you can currently have 2 additional boxes so 3 in total.
It will cost you an additional £5 and should be able to order if you give us a call or chat with us. I'm sorry you've had some problems getting in touch with us.
