Big sports how much

How much extra is big sport? As when I rung up to change my broadband I was told I could have it for £20 no where have I seen any pricing and all I get when trying to add broadband and TV via the app is an error message!  I’m still in the 14 day cancellation fee, so might actually cancel all together as the reason I change internet was to get the sports package as I was told over the phone I could add it via the app.
