Hi left virgin media.My eetv just gone live on 30th jan. But still cannot sign ìn to link my broadband tv to watch on android phone or laptop.

And both devices are set to work over WiFi?

What happens when you try to set the WiFi up; does the EE broadband appear in the list of SSIDs, and are you using the correct password, which you should find somewhere on the new router?
