According to my account I have HBO MAX with NOW ENTERTAINMENT - yes I have HBO Max but no, I don't have NOW Entertainment, so why not?

Your Sport package doesn't include access to Now TV @PhilipEn_226159
Your Now TV account has been created in case you want to switch package or add any Now TV passes, however you don't currently have any.
