Just had an upgrade to full fibre and installed the new box. Any ideas why ITV1 +1, (channel 35) does not come up anymore? Used to get it with no problem on the previous box.

Some free to air channels may not appear if the box is not set up in Aerial Mode.
What model of box did you get?

Aerial mode setup should be possible on the TV Box Pro ,in which case you should reasonable expect the same Freeview channels as before. If you elected for Ip mode setup on the Box Pro or are using the Box Mini then a reduced number of FreetoAir channels are provided, some of those channels are in HD and hence better quality than their Freeview SD equivalents, you don't get +1 channels , you are not able to skip adverts on ITV channels and you have restrictions in viewing BBC recordings in that you are rererouted to iPlayer instead of your "recordings" which can mean the programme is unavailable or expired.
Hopefully the guidance/ user guide provided with your new box covers this.
When ipMode was introduced there was an expectation that further additional freetoair channels would be forthcoming once the commercial agreements were made but there has been disappointing little progress here.

If not running in Aerial Mode ITV1 +1, (channel 35) is not included. Indeed none of the +1 channels are in IP Mode - see EE TV Channel Guide
